Who's Behind This?
I'm Tom Spark — you might know me from VPN Tier Lists, where I created the world's most objective VPN rating system with a 93.5-point scoring methodology.
I've also reviewed MVNOs and prepaid carriers on my YouTube channel, where I realized the same problem exists: most "best carrier" lists are just affiliate farms pushing whoever pays the most.
Prepaid Report is part of my network of review sites — all built on the same principle: transparent, data-driven rankings that actually help people make decisions.
Why I Built This
Try searching "best prepaid carrier" — you'll find the same recycled lists ranking whoever has the best affiliate program that month. Mint Mobile shows up everywhere not because it's the best, but because they pay well.
The reality? Carriers like Visible and Tello consistently outperform the heavily-marketed options on metrics that actually matter: price transparency, security features, data priority, and customer service.
I wanted a site that ranks carriers on measurable criteria — not vibes, not ad spend, not "our editors picked."
